New cross-platform hedging clause; NinjaTrader data can be used as evidence

Section 6.7(i) explicitly bans holding Opposing Positions between a Tradeify account and an account at any other prop firm or funded program, with no intent required. Tradeify may use trade data from NinjaTrader, acting as a monitoring service, as evidence.

Terms ban VPS and virtual machines that hide your device or location

Using a VPS, virtual machine or remote environment is now prohibited when it stops Tradeify from verifying your device, network, location or identity. Tradeify can restrict or terminate access and does not have to explain how it detects this.

Hedging ban now covers opposite positions held at other prop firms

The definition of Opposing Positions now includes a long and short held at the same time across a Tradeify account and an External Account at any other prop firm, broker or funding program. A new Section 6.11 on expired contracts and non market prices is referenced; the rest of the diff is cut off.

Terms add single account policy: one Tradeify account per person

Each person may hold only one Tradeify login, and may not run personal and business accounts in parallel. Breaking the rule can mean termination of all linked accounts and forfeiture of funds or profits.

Agreement adds one account per person and a 5 funded account cap (partial view)
