Terms of Use
Last updated October 24, 2026
By using propbench.co you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: we publish research about prop firm plans, and you use it at your own judgement.
What PropBench is
PropBench publishes independent benchmarks of prop firm plans and tracks changes to the firms' public pages. It is information and research, not a broker, not a prop firm and not a seller of any plan.
Not financial advice
Nothing on PropBench is financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy any plan. Scores and rankings come from a fixed published method (see Methodology) and simplify real plans. Trading futures and crypto is risky and most people who buy evaluations do not get paid out. Decide for yourself and read the firm's own rules before you buy.
Accuracy
We work to keep every number sourced and current, but firms change prices and rules often, sometimes without notice, and we can be wrong or late. The firm's own website and agreement are always the final word. If you spot a mistake, use the feedback button and we'll check it.
Using our content
- You may share, quote and link to PropBench pages, charts and exported images for non-commercial use, as long as you credit PropBench and link to propbench.co. Exported images carry our name for this reason.
- You may not copy the dataset in bulk, republish it as your own, or use it in a commercial product without written permission.
- You may not scrape the site in a way that harms its performance, or try to break, overload or get around its protections.
Trademarks and firm content
Firm names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the firms. PropBench is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any firm we cover. Snapshots of firms' public pages are kept so readers can verify each change.
No warranty and limits of liability
PropBench is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including trading losses or fees paid to any firm, that comes from using or relying on the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Read how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy. Questions go to hello@propbench.co.
