Privacy Policy

• Alert sign-ups. If you join the alerts list we keep your email address, the firms you picked, whether you want every change or only nerfs and buffs, the page you signed up from, and the date.
• Feedback. If you send feedback we keep your message, the kind of feedback, the page you sent it from, and your email only if you choose to give it.
• Visit statistics. Google Analytics records how the site is used. See Analytics and cookies below.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (such as IP address, browser and the page asked for) to run and protect the site. We hold IP addresses in memory for a few minutes to stop form spam and never store them in our database.

• No accounts, no passwords and no payment details.
• No advertising: we don't use analytics data for ads or share it with advertisers.
• We never sell, rent or share your email with prop firms or anyone else.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects data such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your rough location (country or city), and your device and browser. We use these numbers only in aggregate to improve PropBench. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out everywhere with Google's opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way. We also store one small value in your browser (localStorage) to remember that you closed the announcement bar; it never leaves your device.

• Your email is used only to send the PropBench alerts you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
• Feedback is used to fix wrong information and improve the site. If you left an email, we may reply to you about it.

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it only on our behalf. Google processes visit statistics for Google Analytics. When alert emails start, they will be sent through an email delivery provider, which will receive your address for that purpose only. These providers may store data outside your country.

We keep your sign-up until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep feedback for as long as it helps us maintain the data, and delete it on request.

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@propbench.co. We'll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, and we'll honour them.

PropBench is meant for adults interested in trading. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell subscribers first. See also our Terms.
